Europe against America. The Swatch Skiers Cup 2014 has already started today with the official announcement of the composition of the two teams who will battle in Zermatt (Switzerland) 4 to 10 January next year.

To confirm the title of the captain of the European Union, the French Julien Regnier called with self compatriots Sam Favret and Richard Permin, the Swedes Kaj Zackrisson and Sverre Liliequist, the Swiss and the Austrian Nico Vuigner Fabio Studer. Absent, however, the blue rider Markus Eder, who is chasing Olympic qualification in slopestyle.
The Canadian JP Aucklair, instead, chose one compatriot, Callum Pettit, and as many as six U.S.: Seth Morrison, Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Cody Townsend, Dane Tudor, Tim Durtschi and KC Deane.
