At the start of the Winter X Games in Aspen races with free skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling

They left yesterday evening Wednesday, January 21 the Winter X Games, the annual sports event organized by the broadcaster ESPN that the U.S. brings together more than 200 of the best athletes in the world of extreme sports on snow. Among the names most anticipated Shaun White, Gretchen Bleiler, Bobby Brown and Mark McMorris, plus many others.

In the first test last night, "Men'' s Ski SuperPipe Elimination," David Wise was ranked first (click here to see his race on the official website of the X Games), followed by Alex Ferreira and Lyman Currier, but the real action will start today at 12 noon local time in Aspen, the 20 here. During the afternoon, in fact athletes will compete in snowboard Pipe and Slopestyle disciplines while tonight there will be the first race medal for snowmobiling. Great expectations for the Big Air competition on Saturday night, where freeski athletes will compete in aerial acrobatics at the edge of the impossible by the very high jumping trampoline prepared for the occasion.
