With this in mind, Elan at ISPO Digital 2021 presented a sophisticated plate that provides a highly advanced mechanism that binds and seals the tip and tail of the ski together thanks to a robust folding joint. The secret of the Voyager is Elan's revolutionary Connect technology which uses a four-axis mechanism that binds and seals the ski together thanks to a foldable joint. This combines with a carbon-reinforced fusion plate that acts as a load-bearing platform for support. The two components work together to provide rigidity to the ski during its use, but also allow it to fold into a compact and easy-to-carry package. The Voyager uses Elan's unique Amphibio technology, the well-known design that integrates rocker and camber profiles. Finally, the laminated wood core, the titanium reinforcement, the carbon box and the RST flank guarantee maximum grip from tip to tail.
