Elan faces the 2017/18 season with important constructive innovations in both the racecarver and the off-road range.

The SLX and GSX Fusion racecarver adopt the new structural technology called "Arrow Technology", consisting of a wooden and double titanal core, but is cut to the tip and tail. This lightening of the structure allows you to have a very soft toe ski, thus facilitating entry into the curve and an exit from the same gradual and gentle.
Combined with the new Elan structure, it proposes a preformed carbon plate on the structure of the ski. This plate, following the structure, manages to transmit the forces and the pulse better for a quick change from the edges.
Even in the lines dedicated to mountaineering Elan proposes a whole new structure, this is the bridge technology. The new construction is characterized by a three-dimensional woodworking process, with short carbon pipes in the center and longer at the top to the spatula. Combined with these, we find a honeycomb structure that allows to have stability and torsional tightness combined with undoubted lightness. In some models you will be able to combine the new construction technology with a carbon silk screen, which allows a significant reduction Of the weight of the tool.
In the freeride field we find the Elan Ripstick with the new "TNT Tecnology": in the skis, aluminum has been completely eliminated. The structure is made of wood and carbon pipes following the skiing of the ski. The range extends from 116mm under the foot to 106, 96 and 86mm.
