We were guests of the plant in Mussolente of Vist Tech, the "rib" of Vist technique, to see up close the production line and the production of a ski binding.
The surprising aspect of the plant is the organization, based on a workforce almost entirely female and focused in a series of assembly stations, extremely manuals: almost the entire procedure is made by hand! The modularity of the assembly line allows Vist Tech to create small productions of attacks up to big numbers, change from model to model in a few minutes time.
The final product is not only aesthetically pleasing attack (with the ability to interchange the "cover" of the colored toe) but also technically advanced, thanks to international certifications (DIN / ISO 9465 and 9462), also certified by TÃœV inspections
