The Group Rossignol / Lange introduces Dual Core boots for the 2017/2018 season

Previously we told you of our visit to the production plant Lange of Montebelluna where we were able to film and tell the so-called technology "injection molding" thermoplastic components inside the mold in ski boots steel. The innovation introduced by Lange, so-called "Dual Core", for this season is to exploit the injection process in such a way that in different areas of the hull will have thermoplastic materials with slightly different characteristics, based on the structural requirements of the various zones. The hull shape, the temperature and the injection pressure should be carefully studied as only a center of the highest level such as Lange plant in Montebelluna you can do. The result, however, is to be able to have a boot made of a more rigid material on the sole or on the instep and a less rigid material in the areas where this feature can give the user an advantage in terms of comfort and ease of use .
