Many novelties in the next Atomic 2020/2021 collection, we start from the absolute novelty the new HAWX ULTRA CONNECTED ski boot with advanced digital technology connects the boot with feedback tracker and mobile analysis to ski at a whole other level.
Atomic introduces the future of the ski boot connected to the skier, presenting the concept of digital skiing - HAWX ULTRA CONNECTED.
Developed in collaboration with biomechanics experts from the University of Salzburg and Salzburg Research, Atomic's HAWX CONNECTED concept offers cutting-edge digital tracking and analysis features through Atomic's free mobile app, for immediate feedback in slope and an improved skiing experience.
The HAWX CONNECTED boot lets you know exactly how to adjust your technique for better performance, perfecting balance, pressure control and cornering skills. Equipped with Movesense device with motion detection via IMU, developed by the sister brand Suunto, and force sensors integrated inside the shoe that interface via Bluetooth with the Atomic Connected app, HAWX CONNECTED uses sensorial feedback directly connected to the boot with specific notifications, for skiing in a more powerful, safe and smart way.
TRACK YOUR DAY IN THE MOUNTAINS
Get the information you want, when you want. The Atomic Connected app provides a series of specific data relating to skiing performance, such as balance, pressure control and inclination in corners. Recognizes your level, your ability and acceleration when cornering, the size and count of curves, the angle of inclination, the GPS position, the count of skiing, the average and maximum speed, the total distance, the total vertical descent and much more!
CHALLENGE YOUR FRIENDS
With the Atomic Connected app you can challenge your friends and share the results with the global community. When your friends end their skiing day or reach a training goal, you will receive a notification and vice versa. Users can also see if their results live up to those of World Cup champions like Benni Raich.
