The female individual who surprisingly saw Denise Herrmann triumph in front of Anais Chevalier and Marte Roeiseland, did not bring great satisfaction to the blue, with Dorothea Wierer arriving at the last polygon to play for the potential medal, before committing two more errors (after the one at the first standing polygon).

It was her legs that partly betrayed Dorothea, who did not recover the effort of the mixed relay. “Surely I still feel the race on Saturday in my legs, in which I really suffered a lot, and here with good materials you can make a difference. Physically if you are well everything is easier, while if you are cooked you have few chances ”, concluded Wierer.
Herrmann, for her part, was interviewed by the ZDF and weighed her words on an overall picture of a difficult season, but with very heavy gold: “I lived a very difficult year, but I knew I could do it. I felt good, I knew that I would be able to shoot effectively ”. And thanks to this, with its quality on skis, it has beaten the competition.
