"Mattia Casse is in Beijing, at the disposal of the Italian team, in consideration of the small number of Italian athletes in alpine skiing and the frequency of close contacts that are emerging in these first days of the Games".
The only possibility remains that of the super-g on Tuesday 8 February, in which Dominik Paris, Christof Innerhofer and Matteo Marsaglia would currently take part, who have already played two downhill tests on an unprecedented track (which will also be the same for the second speed race, albeit with a lower start), a clear advantage over Mattia himself.
