The Beijing 2022 Olympic Games begin in earnest: a Saturday at the start in the middle of the night with the third round of the men's downhill, then a very rich Italian morning from the bottom to the ice disciplines, with speed skating and short track where the Azzurri can do very well.

And then the short track show, from 12.00 with the women's 500 heats in which Arianna Fontana will later defend her title, the men's 1000 and above all the final of the mixed relay, with the last act scheduled at 14.25.
In Yanqing, the first part of the competition for the men's single of the toboggan will be held, with the first run scheduled from 12.10 and the second from 13.50 (the grand finale on Sunday), with Germans and Austrians to face off against Dominik Fischnaller, who aims straight for the medal albeit with a lot of concern linked to cousin Kevin's positivity to Covid, which obviously cannot be there. Four more games of the women's ice hockey tournament and night will fall on Beijing.
