Italy is aiming decisively at medals at the next Olympic Games in the snowboard scene starting from the parallel disciplines. The PGS, both at the male level (where Roland Fischnaller leads a team of the highest level) and at the female level, will be staged only on Tuesday 8 February, from the qualifications to the finals which will start at 7.30 am Italian (14.30 local time).
Michela Moioli, on the other hand, will be the protagonist of the women's snowboard cross competition on 9 February, with the attempt of an encore after PyeongChang 2018: final phase from 7.30, a much more convenient time for fans than what happened 4 years ago ...
The next day, Thursday 10 (from 7.00), it will be the men 's turn, with the blue team aiming hard at Lorenzo Sommariva and Omar Visintin. In particular, however, the race where the Italian national team has many medal chances is the team test on February 12, which will start at 3.00.
The other snowboard specialties: women's slopestyle that will inaugurate the Games, on Sunday 6 with the final from 2.30, the men's test the next day from 5.00. On February 10th it will be the turn of the girls of the halfpipe (2.30 am), on the 11th (at the same time) it will be the turn of the men. Finally, the big air, on Tuesday 15 February with the women's competition from 2.30 am and the men's competition from 6.00 am.
