Mars Roieseland stages the perfect race in the Olympic Sprint with the best time on skis and a 10/10 at the shooting range that brings Norway's first Olympic title in a women's Sprint. The Norwegian precedes Elvira Oeberg on the finish line of 30.9, 10/10 also for her.
Great performance by Dorothea Wierer who gives a turning point to her Olympics by becoming the first blue biathlete on the podium in an individual competition. Dorothea gives a show at the shooting range and grits her teeth on tight skis where, unfortunately, in the last lap she lets the Swede recover 20 seconds to close 37.2 seconds from the winner and just over seconds from the Silver medal.
