The first competitive event of the season will start and finish in Presena hut with a vertical drop of 350 meters. Now it's official, the staff Adamello Ski Team after the last site inspection, identifying the path that he will be the scene of the first two challenges of the year which will open officially the Italian ski mountaineering season on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 November on the glacier Presena over the Passo del Tonale.

The first race, the trophy Crazy Idea, will be given to categories espoir, senior and master and will take place on Saturday, and on Sunday morning there will be the 20th Memorial Fabio Stedile reserved for cadets and juniors.
The route, starting and finishing in fixed locations Hut Presena provides 350 metridi difference with a very varied. After starting up towards the base of the edge of Lake Dark on the left orographic side of the glacier, where it is expected the first change skins and immediately before the descent. New gearbox trim to go up close to the Passo del Maroccaro, where there will be the last change before heading off towards the finish of Capanna Presena. This track on Saturday will be repeated twice by espoir and senior, while on Sunday the youth categories the face once, but with the inclusion of short technical sections ski backpack. The list of members is highly respected for both the Trophy Crazy Idea, which for the Memorial Fabio Stedile. At Saturday's competition will be attended by two bearers of the Army Sports Centre Robert Antonioli and Michael Boscacci, which will challenge the French forts Matheo Jacquemoud, Alexis Sevennec and Valentin Favre, as well as promising young German Anton Palzer. In the women have confirmed the presence Laura Besseghini, Raffaella Rossi and Martina Valmassoi. The 20th Memorial Fabio Stedile, which is the opening round of the Cup of the Dolomites circuit, will see the presence of the Committees and the ski club of the Central Alps, Val d'Aosta, Veneto and Trentino. The start of the race young people is set for 10 am, but there are three different departures to make the most spectacular challenges category: junior male, male cadets, and a single start for the two categories of women.
