The project of the new cableway linking the center of Moena and the Ronchi Valbona facilities of the Alpe di Lusia starts with the best wishes. The shareholders' meeting of the company that will manage the construction of the plant has approved the budget. Ugo Rossi, president of the Autonomous Province of Trento, also took part in the works, which reaffirmed the commitment of the public body to support the project.

The presentation placed in particular the emphasis on the link between the hotels and the ski slopes without the use of cars and minibuses, but above all on the corporate model that envisages the partnership between public and private.
The assembly of the company greeted with applause the thanks of the president of the company, Maurizio Sommavilla to the Province for the commitment and efficiency demonstrated during the flood in early summer: "The commitment of hundreds of people, including civil defense, firefighters, citizens and technicians, in just ten days, made it possible to remedy an emergency that threatened to bring Moena to her knees and compromise the entire tourist season ".
The new cableway between Moena and the Alpe Lusia facilities is an example of how times have changed and sensibilities, not only of tour operators but also of the provincial public administration, increasingly attentive to the needs of private individuals. At stake, as has been repeatedly stressed in the Great Hall of the school campus of Moena, there is the opportunity to govern the territory and to be protagonists of its own future, exploiting the synergy and the investment capabilities between private operators and public. The project includes, among other things, a local shareholding extended to the population.
The goal is to get to inaugurate the plant by the winter season 2019. The president has guaranteed the commitment of the Province to make the public car attentive to the times and needs of individuals, so as to respect the timing.
