The stars of the Freeride scene in Courmayeur on January 20

The adventure in Courmayeur FWT began in 2011 when Courmayeur replaced the stage of Chamonix because of lack of snow in the French side of the Mont Blanc. After the success of 2012, this season the organizers of the Freeride World Tour and especially the Riders have decided to confirm the Italian stage of the Freeride World Tour.

In addition, this season the Freeride World Tour represent the essence of the other two world tours, the Freeski World Tour Masters and The North Face Masters of Snowboarding in 2013 were included in the FWT.
The snowy slopes of the highest massif in Europe will be the scene of a challenge adrenaline to the last line in a competition very spectacular, where the real competition is with themselves as well as against the clock. The riders will appreciate the breathtaking descents into "powder" snow soft and powdery typical coldest time of year, racing down the south face of Mont Blanc.
