Dolomite Art, a show of open'arte all''aria Dolomites

Along the path that climbs up to the Passo Gardeccia Prince, after two hundred meters from each other, 15 artists, both Italian and foreign, exhibiting their work in homage to the peaks recognized in the 2009 UNESCO World Heritage Site. Each has used different materials according to their interpretation of the mountain and creative talent, from wood to stone, glass ceramic or metal. The "path" can be seen throughout the summer, until September 25, taking advantage of the "art breaks" to know, in a unique way, the Dolomites. The exhibition has already found a few admirers, including George Nicolodi, photographer and mountain guide, which seems to make a movie.

Getting there
reached the basin of the Gardeccia Ciampedìe (cable car from Vigo di Fassa) Pozza di Fassa, or by taxi (the starting point is located at the parking lot of the chairlift Vajolet 1 in Pera di Fassa), continue along a wide trail (trail No 546) which leads to the shelters and Vajolet Preuss. Climb (signpost 584) with the steady rise of the right side of the upper valley Vajolet, whose head is more and more impressive the massive amount of Antermoia Rosengarten, 3,002 meters. With steep serpentine final exit at the refuge Passo Principe am 2,600 (2 hours walk).
