The third edition of the Trofeo Kreuzspitze Memorial Walter Nones'' for the 2014 edition starts with a great new feature: the'' inclusion in the famed race in the Cup circuit in the Dolomites. This has led to the organizers of a major effort to provide an improved edition'' and more interesting for the athletes and the public with a more captivating and scenic route. Remains confirmed again this year'', in addition to the traditional FIS race, the "rally" amateur for all those who want to compete on the same path of the agonists and make an exciting ski mountaineering in a wild and spectacular safely on marked route.

The Cup of the Dolomites ski touring is at the turning point: after the first three races, namely the Pitturina Ski Race, the Tour de Sas and Ski Alp Rendena, the ranking positions are emerging here because it is of particular interest to follow the results of the next round, Sunday, March 16 at Mount Cross with the 3rd Trophy Kreuzspitze-memorial Walter Nones. It is no coincidence that among the members there are also the'' current leader of the circuit Francesca Martinelli and the Piedmontese Army Sports Centre Matthew Eydallin. These athletes are among the favorites of the race that will have a total length of over 20 km, with an elevation gain of 1675 meters, including the spectacular passage on Mount Cross, to 2490 meters.
Particular attention should also be given to the women Valtellina Pedranzini Roberta and Sabrina Zanon, while among men an eye on Alex Salvadori and David Pierantoni.Al graduatria temporary command of the circuit Cup of the Dolomites are in the field , men's Ivo Zulian, followed by Michael Moling and Roberto De Simone, in fourth position Eydallin.
