It is called Limone Sport Festival and is the big news of the summer 2018 of Limone Piemonte. A very special event is organized by the Lift Spa in the well-known Piedmontese town, which will allow mountain enthusiasts to ski on the weekend of 14th and 15th July.

Thanks to precise and precise accumulation techniques, to a wood chip cover and to the use of thermal sheets, the organizers managed to conserve a good amount of winter snow and to set up for the occasion the "Lemon Snow House" a a real snowy track where skiers can fight in some ski competitions.
"We managed to accumulate a good amount of real snow that in these days is being treated to create a real ski slope in the summer - says the vice president Lift spa Nicola Dalmasso - The two days called" Lemon Sport Festival "will be intense and will give an unusual environment during the summer: all the energy for the promotion of our tourist destination, an applause to the staff of Lift spa and a thank you to all those who have chosen to collaborate actively in the realization of this sport festival!
The event will take place at an altitude of 1400 meters, will not only focus on skiing, but will allow participants to take part in a rich program of other competitive activities, not competitive, culinary and fun.
The event will open Saturday, July 14 at 14 with the inauguration of the new area dedicated to children renamed "ReserveBianca KidsClub", and the spectacular area reserved for Mountain Bike whose path was duly set up and equipped by national technicians.
From 18 space to wine and food, with the 'opening of numerous stands in collaboration with the local Pro Loco. Finally, the first great competitive moment in the evening version: at 21 there is a night ski race open to everyone on the "Limone Snow House" and in conclusion there will be a fireworks display.
Sunday, July 15th, we will start at 8.30 with a parallel ski race on the "Limone Snow House" track, followed at 11 am on a snow bike race in parallel mode.
During the two days a real Village will be set up in which partner and sponsor will organize tests, exhibitions, trials, material tests, and exhibitions. Also at the exhibition space will also be set up a Riserva Bianca point where all the news related to Limone Piemonte will be presented.
