On the Facebook page of Livigno, 26 photos were published that capture a ring for the snow covered ground.

The bet of having a tight skis already mid-October was won, the ring has been rolling since yesterday thanks to the snow deposit accumulated last spring.
The ring will be stretched over the next few days, and artificial snow will begin to grow in anticipation of temperatures suitable for the season.
Let's remember that just over two months ago, the Contrade Trophy was held on a snow-covered ring last winter with the snowfarming technique.

Argentera
Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime. Il comprensorio si sviluppa sopra la frazione di Bersezio, tra circa 1.630 e 2.500 metri di quota, in un paesaggio di lariceti e pendii d’alta montagna dominato dall’Oserot e dalla Rocca dei Tre Vescovi.
