Carosello 3000 Livigno
The construction of the carousel Carosello 3000 of San Rocco, Livigno has come alive. It works hard and at a great pace but the completion of the work for early December will also depend on the weather conditions of the next two months.

The work consists of two consecutive plants of a total length of 3 km long and 900 meters in altitude, with three completely new and final Doppelmayr mechanical stations. All 29 piles have been laid and now we will focus on electrical components, rope installation and on-line cabins for 10 seats. At the same time you will try to move as far as possible with regard to the stationary works of the stations. Finally, we will go into the testing phase, which will also concern the Ministry of Transport.

Now there is the perception that many things are being completed, but the timing becomes increasingly stringent. We can not yet make sure that the new plant is completed for the beginning of winter because it will depend very much on the weather conditions of the next two months. There is, however, great optimism among us ".
"We have built longer systems and even in more difficult positions - says Simone Tomelleri, Doppelmayr project manager. At Carosello 3000 the challenge is another, but equally exciting: the timing with which this cable car has to be made. Livigno's summer is very short. Snow can come at any time and even in large quantities. From now on, it will be a true fight against time. "
The new San Rocco cable car will mark a decisive step in the renewal of the Livigno plant and will further enhance the liking of winter and summer sports enthusiasts. The Cusini Group, owner of Carosello 3000, confirms with this work the strong propensity to invest in confirming the Valtellina ski resort among tops internationally.

Argentera
