For residents in Lombardy who want to indulge in some time outdoors on the peaks of Livigno, it will be possible to reach the summit with the snowcat to have lunch, walk, mountaineering and paraglide.

Pending the decision of the authorities on the possibility of returning to skiing on the slopes, the mountain of Carosello 3000 - Livigno reopens offering alternative activities to the public. During the next weekend (February 27-28) you can in fact live a unique experience that includes the ascent with the snowcat up to 3000 meters, combined with an exclusive lunch with the delicacies of the typical Valtellinese cuisine (cost of the package : € 70.00 for adults and € 30.00 for children up to 14 years).
Hikers can also take a nice walk on an easy beaten path, signposted and which includes variations with different travel times. The route runs along the mountain ridge offering breathtaking views of both the Livigno valley and the uncontaminated Val Federia. Alternatively, families with children can spend moments of fun in a playground equipped with slides and sleds. The restaurant, located at the top, is also available to welcome all those who wish to reach it on mountaineering skis starting from the town. Both within the accommodation facility and during the trip, carried out with "bubble" snowcats (per minibus) that can be booked up to a maximum of 50% of their capacity, timely adherence to anti-covid regulations will be guaranteed. Always using snow cats for the ascent, the Sky Experience is already active every day of the week: a two-seater paragliding flight departing from the summit of Carosello 3000 and flying over the ski slopes and the town of Livigno.
