The Supreme Court of Cassation, consulted by the company Mottolino Spa, expressed a negative opinion on the construction of the ski lift in Vallaccia, on a site, located within the Municipality of Livigno, of community interest subject to compliance with both landscape constraints and European regulations on the protection of the most precious habitats.
