'' It confirmed for February 1 to 2 Artesina, the ski resort in the province of Cuneo,'' the only Italian stop of the Freeride World Tour Qualifier international circuit. The world's best promises of discipline will be called upon to face the north face of Mount Mondolé.

According to the program, athletes will reach the summit aboard snowmobiles and then go down the slope to reach the check-in area Pogliola place, at the entrance of the track Rocche Giardina. The public can follow the event enjoying all 500 vertical meters traveled by riders, who will be judged by a jury according to the chosen line, the style in the drop-down and evolutions performed.
Among the players, the French team can rely on big names, including Maël Ollivier. Attention also to South America, led by Joaquin Vein. This year's ranking also well-placed in the snowboarder Spanish Laia Castellarnau Plaza, as well as, among Italians, Daniel PERATHONER (skiing) and Stefano Munari (snowboard).
Among the athletes hosts, good chance for Andrea Bergamasco (skiing), Massimiliano Sweetened (snowboard) and Paul Pernigotti (ski), who won the first two editions of the contest in previous years.
In case of inability to compete on Saturday because of bad weather, the recovery will be scheduled for Sunday or Monday.
That mountain of Mondolé is the fourth challenge of the Freeride World Qualifier: the circuit at the end of the year will close after 40 stages worldwide, including the latest in Canada and the United States. At the end of the circuit qualifying the best athletes earn the right to participate in the World Championship Freeride World Tour 2014/2015.
At the end of the race will follow the ceremony and then a big party on the snow-covered square Artesina.

Argentera
Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime. Il comprensorio si sviluppa sopra la frazione di Bersezio, tra circa 1.630 e 2.500 metri di quota, in un paesaggio di lariceti e pendii d’alta montagna dominato dall’Oserot e dalla Rocca dei Tre Vescovi.
