Vigan & ograve; also it stresses that this investment could be a great opportunity & agrave; to facilitate the & rsquo; access to Balma, thus giving & Igrave; l & rsquo; impetus needed for the recovery of & rsquo; namesake unforgettable cestovia and bringing important consequences not only on the Lys Valley, but also on the Valsesia.
