A 50 million euro plan to revitalize Nevegal. It is the proposal of an Algerian consortium to the Municipality of Belluno after visiting the station.

A group of Algerian entrepreneurs would perhaps be interested in investing around 50 million euros for a maxi project which would consist in the construction of a ski lift that would connect Fadalto with Nevegal on the Col Visentin side, and a hotel-restaurant in the Faverghera area.
In November the Algerian entrepreneurs were in Belluno for a few days where they had the first contacts with the Municipality. The Algerian consortium would also stop at the Unifarco, Massimo Slaviero, CEO of Unifarco, told the newspaper "Il Gazzettino": "The meeting dates back to November: it is an Algerian company interested in exploring various investment scenarios; during a few days' stop in Belluno, we met and discussed and they visited our company. But there is nothing more than this. It was a moment of exploration: nothing more than looking around, to understand if and where to invest".
The Algerian consortium would be interested in bringing to Algeria the know-how of Unifarco, a large company founded by pharmacists, leader in Europe in the field of cosmetics located in Santa Giustina.
Currently it is only a proposal by the group of Algerian entrepreneurs. From November to now there seems to have been no further developments.
