Trentino2019/20 season opening
The Paganella ski area prepares for the 2019/2020 winter season with a new ski lift and a new red slope.

Saturday 30 November will kick off the winter season at the Paganella Plateau, the Trentino ski area at the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, which has 50 km of ski slopes served by 14 ski lifts that will be open every day from 8.30 am at 4pm.
New this year is the 2 km long “Jana Granda†red run, with an average width of 45 meters, a difference in altitude of 500 meters, an average gradient of 26% and a maximum gradient of 43%. The track will be served by a new ski lift, the 10-seater Dosson - Selletta cable car that will depart from Pian del Dosson (intermediate station of the cable car that, from the center of Andalo, arrives at Doss Pelà ) and will reach La Selletta at 1,980m above sea level.
There will also be a new runway, called "Gallo Cedrone", which will take skiers up from the old Selletta to the new "Jana Granda".
The Paganella ski area will offer various promotions at certain times of the season. Among these we find the Free Ski Superskirama (a Superskirama ski pass for 3 to 8 days included in the holiday for those who book in the affiliated facilities), the My Fun Ski Week (special white week package 7 nights in the hotel + 6 days Paganella skipass in promotion) the Free Ski Day (on December 14th the ski instructors will be available for free group lessons of 2 hours of alpine skiing or snowboarding).
The Paganella Plateau has always paid particular attention to families. For this reason, promotions have been designed specifically for them, such as the Family Festival, from 12 to 19 January, and Family Couple (children and young people accompanied by a family member who purchases a Paganella, COMBI 3, COMBI 5 or Superskirama Annual card at the same time receive a Seasonal card at a promotional price).
Also this year the Paganella ski area was chosen as the training venue by the Norwegian World Cup Alpine skiing team. In the past, in addition to Aksel Lund Svindal, even the US champion Bode Miller has prepared his races and his most important appointments on the slopes of the Paganella Plateau.
Among the sporting events, on 14 and 15 December, for the seventh consecutive year, it will host the women's European Cup slalom on the black Olimpionica 2 track.
