The famous competition nell''inverno born in 2010 & nbsp; & agrave by the will; ski club Armin Assinger, had originally intended to challenge the very 'former Austrian downhill skier, winner of 4 races of the World Cup and now appreciated television presenter, in a grueling how funny race "downhill" open to all enthusiasts.
The "Schlag das ASS" which literally translated means "Challenge Champion" is held along the main trails and facilities & nbsp; who are the most ski & ugrave; great Carinthia. & nbsp; The starting point & egrave; in fact located at the mountain station of the Gartnerkofel, hence the athletes will start their challenge going down along the approximately 26 km of trails & nbsp; and exploiting the lifts will try to complete as quickly as possible & nbsp; the over 6400m in altitude that make up the & nbsp ; path that leads to the town of Nassfeld & nbsp; Hermagor-Pressegger See, & nbsp; the place of origin of Assinger.
The organizers for safety reasons established the staggered starts and have set an upper limit of participants, reserving the participation of 800 athletes. The race is open to all skiers involves the major awards for the winners of the charts: male, female and team.
