Sölden (Ötztal), the 2011-12 season launches the ski-tour Big 3-Rally

The ski tour reaches three peaks over 3,000 m in altitude: Gaislachkogl, and Schwarze Schneid Tiefenbachkogl, all connected directly on skis. The tour covers a length of 50 kilometers with an elevation gain of 10,000 me promises a breathtaking 360 degrees of the surrounding mountains.

On each of the three peaks have been placed viewing platforms of the original, created by a famous German architect. Absolutely spectacular walkway with access from the mountain station Tiefenbachkogl: the metal platform suspended by two ropes'acciaio protrudes 25 m in the absolute vacuum, allowing a wonderful view on the Wildspitze (3774m), the highest mountain in the Tyrol . Gaislachkogl top of the mountain, reached via the new cabionvia design, was built instead of the broader viewpoint of the Tyrol, a circular platform of steel and glass.
