Thanks to the snowfalls of these days, the managers of the Stubai Glacier ski resorts have set the opening date for autumn skiing: skiing starts on September 13th! At the top of the glacier 55 cm of snow fell and even at the start of the lifts the land has been whitewashed. At the arrival of the gondola there are about 35 cm of fresh snow (in the photo)

The 3S Eisgratbahn I and II cable car, the EUB Gamsgarten II, the 8-seater Dauferner and back chairlift and the Dauferner II ski lift will be opened
Initially the slopes number 7 and 8 and the resident Eisgrat will be open. However, the cable car management reserves the right to change the dates and days of opening without notice.
The first ascent from the valley station will be at 8:00 am The last descent downstream from the Eisgrat & Gamsgarten mountain stations will be set for 4.15 pm

Argentera
Argentera si trova nell’alta Valle Stura, a pochi chilometri dal Colle della Maddalena e dal confine francese, in uno degli ambienti più appartati e selvaggi delle Alpi Marittime. Il comprensorio si sviluppa sopra la frazione di Bersezio, tra circa 1.630 e 2.500 metri di quota, in un paesaggio di lariceti e pendii d’alta montagna dominato dall’Oserot e dalla Rocca dei Tre Vescovi.
