In addition to the World Cup calendar, the Ibu Cup calendar has also been upgraded. In the cadet circuit, there is a great deal of news in the race format, as the official super-sprints will officially enter the calendar, which will be the final act of the season.

In this regard, it is worth remembering how these competitions work. All registered athletes take part in the qualification, which runs on 2,400 meters distance intervals with two polygons (one on the ground, one on one). In fact, the continental event will be hosted by Val Ridanna, from 22 to 28 January. 2018 will be the third time for Ridnaun, having already organized the 1996 and 2011 editions. Following the Ibu Cup will remain in South Tyrol for another week, as the 6th stage will take place in Val Martello, from 31 to 3 February As for the locations, there will be the absolute novelty of Lenzerheide, which will host the second seasonal event. It is also expected that the last two stages will take place in Russia, Uvat and Khanty-Mansiysk. As a result, the Polish Duszniki Zdroj, the Finnish Kontiolahti and OtepÃ¤Ã¤ Estonian (which will be the junior junior world theater) will leave the calendar. Lastly, it is noticed how Sweden / Norway alternation misses the invasion of the ouverture.
