Today Annamarija Lampic announced that from next season she will compete in the biathlon world cup. A decision that comes nine months after the Nordic World Ski Championships at home in Planica, a hard blow for Slovenian enthusiasts. She, who in the fund has won three world medals, two of which at the last world championships in Oberstdorf, to which 14 podiums are added and the specialty cup in the sprint joins the list of cross-country skiers who have taken the same step towards biathlon, the most listed among these is Denise Herrmann fresh Olympic champion in individual in China. Consequently, a press conference is scheduled on Monday that will represent the official nature of this choice.
