As in last season, the victory in the Ostersund Sprint goes to the Swedish Hanna Oeberg.

The eldest of the Oeberg sisters is immaculate at the shooting range and scores the third best time on narrow skis, preceding the French Anais Chevalier in the final classification by 11.3 (10/10) and by 15.4 Marte Roeiseland who finishes on the podium despite a penalty lap in the standing polygon. Belarus already in great shape with fourth place at 18.0 by Alimbekava (10/10) and fifth place at 27.3 by Sola (9/10). The French Braisaz (9/10) is sixth, preceding the German Franziska Preuss (9/10) and Elvira Oeberg, once again the fastest on skis, eighth at 38.9 with two penalty laps. Blue still in search of condition and solidity: Dorothea Wierer (9/10) is twenty-third at 1.18.6, Lisa Vittozzi forty-third at almost two minutes after three errors.
