Biathlon: parade of stars at the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival, there will also be Petter Northug

The Norwegian champion announced that he will take part in the Sprint on roller skis scheduled for Saturday, August 31st.

The starting field of the first edition of the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival is therefore enriched, a summer festival promoted and organized by the transalpine champion, which will be held in Annecy on 31 August and 1 September 2019. At the time of the presentation of the event it was already announced the presence of some of the most popular cross-country skiers of the French national team, such as Lucas Chanavat, Baptiste Gros and Richard Jouve. Today, Petter Northug, the number one testimonial to bring the general public closer to Nordic skiing, announced the participation. Big names will also be at the start of the biathlon test. Johannes Boe, Benedikt Doll, Quentin Fillon Maillet, Dorothea Wierer and Lisa Vittozzi have already accepted the invitation. Martin Fourcade himself will also be in the game. The French, after having performed physical tests in Premanon, this week is in retreat at La Feclaz with the rest of the French national team. The training program includes running sessions on roller skis and shooting.
