Makarainen, Wierer and Gasparin will be the queens of the Frassinoro Biathlon Festival in Forni Avoltri

There will be famous Italian athletes (Dorothea Wierer, Dominik Windisch, Lukas Hofer, Lisa Vittozzi, Alexia Runggaldier, Federica Sanfilippo) and some very famous foreign ones.
For the first time the world biathlon star Kaisa Mäkäräinen will take place to the unique Italian Biathlon Kermesse. The two times overall World Cup winner will compete in a team single mixed relay against other two important international biathletes: Selina Gasparin from Switzerland and the slovene Teja Gregorin.

The entry list is completed with another slovene athlete Klemen Bauer and by two Skiroll biathlon specialist: the World Champion Martins Otcenas from Slovakia and Kristina Ilchenko (Belarus)

The President of the Italian Winter Federation (FISI) Mr. Flavio Roda will attend the official inauguration of Carnia Area together with Viktor Maigourov IBU First Vice President.
