World Cup, the second weekend of Oestersund opens. Tomorrow the Sprint: startlist and Azzurri at the start

After last weekend's seasonal opening, the Biathlon World Cup gets underway: tomorrow will be the day of the Sprint, while between Saturday and Sunday there are relays and chases. Ten blues present in Sweden, with a change in the women's sector.

At 1:45 pm the girls will take to the track for the second Sprint in five days. It will be a race to follow from the first to the last bib: in fact, Elvira Oeberg will open the season, who in the first two seasonal outings has always set the best time on skis, while at the end we will see Hannah Auchentaller (116), who will make her debut in the maximum circuit taking the place of Rebecca Passler. The blue will be preceded by Tiril Eckhoff, who will be at the start with 111. An endless race is therefore expected, with several big names in the first group who will have to wait for the Norwegian's test. First group in which Wierer and Vittozzi were included, who drew “high”: Dorothea will have 34, Lisa 38. Preuss (35) and Roeiseland (37) will start between them. Davidova will have 11th, Hanna Oeberg 16th. Samuela Comola (57) has been "promoted" to the second group, after a convincing debut in the World Cup, while with 72, to complete the Italian team, there will be Michela Carrara. The men's Sprint will start at 16:30 and will be opened by the French Emilien Jacquelin, who will precede compatriot Simon Desthieux (3), already on the podium at this beginning of the season, and leader of the general together with Johannes Boe (16). In the first group we will also see the Swedes Ponsiluoma (18) and Samuelsson (37), the Norwegians Christiansen (39) and Tarjei Boe (43), and the Azzurri Hofer (24) and Bormolini (40). On the other hand, Sturla Holm Laegreid (57) and Quentin Fillon Maillet (68) will have high pectorals, who have chosen the second group, in which we will also see Didier Bionaz (64). Eyes on Tommaso Giacomel (85) and Antonin Guigonnat (87) in the third group, while the Germans Lesser (97) and Kuehn (108) and Dominik Windisch (102) could have their say in the final race seasonal.
