Finally Anterselva, tomorrow we start with the men's individual: start list and Azzurri at the start

After a long wait, here is the Italian stage, the one most loved by the Azzurri biathlon fans. Everything is ready in Anterselva for the seventh round of the World Cup, the last one before the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games.

Tomorrow at 14:15 the start of the second men's 20km of the season. Friday will be the girls' turn, who will take to the track for the 15 km, while between Saturday and Sunday there will be the Mass Start and the Relay races. Five blues will be at the start, the same ones seen in Ruhpolding last week: Thomas Bormolini (4), Lukas Hofer (34), Tommaso Giacomel (48), Dominik Windisch (83) and Didier Bionaz (103). The dream is to return to the podium in a format that in recent years has given little satisfaction to the blue team, the goal is to enter the Mass on Saturday (currently he would be in Bormolini 21st, while Hofer is 27th) and put points for the Olympic one in the farmhouse. The Norwegians will meet again in Anterselva, returning from the meeting at Passo di Lavazé. Christiansen (9), Laegreid (11) and Tarjei Boe (21) have chosen the first group, while Johannes Boe has opted for the second and will have the bib number 44. Absent instead Sebastian Samuelsson, second in the general classification of the World Cup. The other big yellow and blue Martin Ponsiluoma will not be at the start either. Present in full force, as already announced in recent weeks, France, with Fillon Maillet (58) and Jacquelin (42) ready to escape at the top of the overall.
