BAND D - Nations ranging from 21 ° to 27 ° instead of the QRL. SLOVENIA - BULGARIA - ROMANIA - LITHUANIA - GREAT BRITAIN - SOUTH KOREA - LATVIA They can enroll only 1 athlete, so will benefit from a single chest in the individual events and will not be able to deploy the relay. BAND E - Nations ranked from 28th place onwards the QRL.
