Biathlonpre season
In the first outing in Idre Fjall, with the Swedes and French at the starting line, Fabien Claude and Tilda Johansson impose themselves in the individual short.

The grand opening gala of the Norwegian Biathlon season suffers in Sjusjoen from the absence, for different reasons, of the three home queens of the Biathlon; in fact, Tiril Eckhoff, Marte Roeiseland and Ingrid Tandrevold are absent. The first Sprint of the season turns out to be hard-fought and spectacular. Karoline Knotten stands out, with a 10/10 at the shooting range, ahead of the competition by more than half a minute. Second at 33.4 seconds, Ida Lien (0-1) while Lotte Lie (1-1) closes the podium at 58.6 seconds. To note the great test on skis, best time of the day, of the nineteen year old Maren Kirkeeide (1-1), fifth at 1.16.3.
Shooting accuracy is also rewarded in the men's field. Tarjei Boe (0-0) wins with 16.7 seconds ahead of Sturla Holm Laegreid (0-0) and 21.8 over Vetle Sjaastad Christiansen (1-0). Despite the best time on skis, Johannes Boe (0-2) remains off the podium by less than 9 seconds.
The snow season also started today for the Swedish and French national teams engaged in a Short Individual at Idra Fjall. In the women's field, the only biathlete to get 100% shooting was the twenty-three year old Tilda Johansson who with the victory proposes her candidacy for a bib in the World Cup. The stars of the three crowns team hap, on the other hand, encountered too many shooting problems: four errors and tenth place for Elvira Oeberg, six penalties and fifteenth place for her sister Hanna while Stina Nilsson, in line with the top positions after two shooting ranges, is collapsed in the final with 4 errors that made her slide to thirteenth position.
Julia Simon, despite two errors, is second only 9.1 behind the winner while the third place is for Lou Jeanmonnot at 28.9 with an error. In the men's field, the victory is for Fabien Claude with an error in each of the first three shooting ranges which precedes Henning Sjokvist (20/20) by 2.8 seconds and Sebastien Samuelsson (17/20) by 34.9.
