2021 Biathlon World Youth Championships
The eighteen year old Linda Zingerle reconfirms herself on the world podium in the Youth category at the Biathlon World Youth Championships; After the Gold in the Sprint and the Bronze in the Pursuit last year in Lenzerheide, the South Tyrolean daughter of art wins the Silver Sprint medal in Obertillach.

The world title goes to the seventeen-year-old Slovenian Lena Repinc (1-0) who, after the Silver in the Individual, confirms herself as a top-level talent who, with good shooting accuracy, accompanies the best time on narrow skis; Linda Zingerle (1-0) at the finish is delayed by 5.2 seconds and, as in the Individual, she is confirmed among the fastest biathletes with the second time on skis.
The Bronze medal goes to the very young, sixteen year old German Selina Grotian (0-0) who closes with a delay of 11.6 in a ranking that heralds a pyrotechnic Pursuit with 17 athletes in one minute. Among them also Martina Trabucchi (1-0), tenth at 41.0. Sara Scattolo (0-3) closes in twenty-fourth position at 1.10.7
