BiathlonMen's World Cup
At 15:00 the start of the 20 km, which will open the 2021/22 men's biathlon World Cup. 116 athletes have entered the competition, including five Italians. Great expectations to see the two protagonists of last season in action: Johannes Boe and Sturla Holm Laegreid.

Last year the two Norwegians started a stellar duel in the crystal ball race, which saw Johannes Boe prevail over the wire, for a handful of points against the young teammate. The two are therefore the most anticipated on the immediate eve of the Oestersund Individual. Laegreid is the specialty cup holder and reigning world champion. Last season in the format he took two wins and a second place.

Johannes Boe will immediately be the protagonist with bib number 2, while Laegreid will have 34. However, there will be opponents: the other Norwegians, the French team and the Swedes Ponsiluoma and Samuelsson. The Azzurri will try to have their say in the format that has given the movement less satisfaction in recent years. Lukas Hofer will be the first to take to the track with bib 16 and will precede Tommaso Giacomel (30), Domink Windisch (62), Thomas Bormolini (76) and Didier Bionaz (98)
