Two spectacular mass start have opened the program of competitions of the Italian summer biathlon and cross-country skiroll championships, Alpe Adria Summer Nordic Festival, at Carnia Arena in Forni Avoltri.

First was the 15 km men seniors that saw the triumph of Lukas Hofer, the South Tyrolean after a mistake to each of the first three pitches has hit a fourth crazy polygon thanks to which he has overcome and detached a great Giuseppe Montello, arrived at the last polygon with 15 targets on 15 centered but then the author of an error that still does not detract from his great race that comes after a season full of physical problems.
