21-year-old from Ruhpolding Lisa Maria Spark (0-1-0-0) wins the gold medal in the women's competition, ahead of the nineteen-year-old Frenchwoman, on her Under 22 debut, Oceane Michelon (0-1-0) by 47.5 seconds -1). The Bronze medal goes to the Czech Tereza Vobornikova (0-0-1-1), 34th in the competition format at the recent Olympics, at 53.7.
Beatrice Trabucchi (0-1-0-1) fights to the last polygon to confirm the Bronze medal won in the same race format last year in Obertillach: the mistake in the last session forces her to abdicate and settle for seventh place at 2.27.0; is eighth at 2.45.1 Hannah Auchentaller (0-1-1-0). Rebecca Passler (1-1-1-0), the fastest shot in the lot, is fourteenth at 3.42.1. The Azzurri representatives pay for the slowness on narrow skis; the best is the 22-year-old Jacopo Leonesio from Valle d'Aosta (0 + 0 + 0 + 2) who, with the same mistakes as the medalists, pays 2.53.0 and closes in eighteenth position.
