Penultimate day of competitions in Pokljuka: medals will be awarded tomorrow in the Relays, where the blue quartets do not start as favorites. Among the men there will be Bionaz and Giacomel, with Bormolini who will focus on Sunday's starting line, while among the girls Sanfilippo will be confirmed.

The program will start at 11:45 with the women's relay. For Italy there will be Lisa Vittozzi, confirmed at the launch despite the excellent last fraction achieved in the mixed relay; Michela Carrara, back from excellent performances; Federica Sanfilippo, who won the ballot with Irene Lardschneider; Dorothea Wierer, lined up in the role of finalizer, hoping to still be fighting for a medal. Among the top nations there is the exclusion of Braisaz in France and Brorsson in Sweden. No surprises in Germany while Norway, which defends the title won last year in Anterselva, decided to mix up the cards, putting Tandrevold in the first fraction, with Eckhoff in second, Lien in third and Roeiseland in closing.

At 15:00 the start of the men's relay. Italy shows up at the starting line with the two youngsters on the launch pad, Didier Bionaz and Tommaso Giacomel, respectively in the first and third fractions. In the middle we will see Lukas Hofer, while Dominik Windisch will close. Thomas Bormolini, who will be engaged on Sunday together with Hofer in the Mass Start, is excluded. Norway left Johannes Dale on the bench. In his place will be Christiansen, on his debut in this world championship, and lined up in the last fraction, with Johannes Boe moved to third. At the opening, the Norwegians will have Laegreid and Tarjei Boe. Defending champions France respond with Antonin Guigonnat, Fillon Maillet, Desthieux and Jacquelin to try and defend the title.
