With the weather that gave a reluctance given the extremely varied day, the first Summer Youth Biathlon Festival competitions took place at the Carnia Arena of Forni Avoltri.

In the Boys category, the Mini Sprint has been characterized by two sets of ground races while for the one-to-one and one standing pupils. In the men's field dominion of the two Valdostan brothers Simone and Nicolò Betenps, the first class in 2005, the second class 2003. Among the female victories of two home team members, ASD Monte Coglians, with Alessia Ceconi, 2005 class Featured in the Boys (two departing only), and Sara Scattolo, class 2003, which gave more than a minute of detachment to her one-year-old sister, Ilaria.
