SHOOTING TIME
The German Anna Weidel is the fastest on the pitch but the fact that emerges is that the Italian school excels in releasing shots with three biathletes among the twelve fastest: Rebecca Passler shines with the second time on the pitch but Dorothea Wierer is third, with the best performances of her career where only at the debut she went under 25 seconds, and Lisa Vittozzi twelfth and never so fast even in the years of her greatest splendour, all in the space of two seconds. Samuela Comola differs who, to ensure accuracy, works the shots much more.
Julia Simon shines again, gaining three and a half seconds on Elvira Oeberg and four on Denise Herrmann in each pitch

It is not only the release of the shots that is the trademark of the Italian school that finds its maximum expression in the range time where Rebecca Passler and Dorothea Wierer excel with Rebecca incomparable in the standing ranges where only Julia Simon is close to her while the rest of the group collects at least a couple of seconds apart at each visit to the shooting range and Wierer who sends everyone to school in the ground sessions where the second, Hanna Oeberg, collects two seconds for each visit.
Also worth mentioning, especially in the standing sessions, is Lisa Vittozzi who registers the sixth average range time.
