Sturla Holm Laegreid has decided to raise the bar and aim for a more substantial booty for the new season which will start from Finland on November 29th.

During the summer he changed some technical details and modified his diet to obtain more important results: "I am more relaxed in the sprint in both positions, my speed of skiing on roller skis is very good and I can keep up with the best. .
