Change of course for Sverre Olsbu Roeiseland, husband of the reigning biathlon women's world cup champion, Marte Olsbu Roeiseland who will work in CdM from next season. "It is something very special to be able to work with this nation in the World Cup" he said in the communiqué of the DSV. Sverre Roeiseland thus takes over from Florian Steirer, sacked by the German national team last week.
Should Mars Roeiseland continue his pro career and defend his newly won title, there could be a long-distance family challenge that could be fun too. All while waiting to know the fate of Denise Herrmann, also undecided about her future but capable of ruining the party at Mars Roeiseland herself by winning Olympic gold in the Bejiing 15km.
