In the next two weeks the stages of Canmore (Can) and Salt Lake City (USA) will be crucial for the rest of the season. The races in North America will in fact be fundamental for the World Cup standings and to approach the world at its best.

This weekend in the Canadian resort beloved by Italian biathletes are scheduled an Individual, an online start and relay teams. However, the calendar may be subject to change, as temperatures of up to -30 ° are expected for the next few days.
The Italian national team has left for Canada with a contingent of ten athletes, five men and five women: Lukas Hofer, Dominik Windisch, Thomas Bormolini, Thierry Chenal, Giuseppe Montello, Dorothea Wierer, Lisa Vittozzi, Nicole Gontier, Federica Sanfilippo and Alexia Runggaldier . The Gardena comes back in action after the 'absence in Anterselva with the' goal to better prepare the World Cup in Oestersund.
Almost all the top nations, with the exception of Sweden, will bring their top athletes to North America. The extreme weather conditions could, however, cause someone to desert some fatigue, one of the objectives will be that of not getting sick.
