Fourth in the Sprint and fifth in the Pursuit, always behind the Norge cannibals who are monopolizing men's biathlon and more in this first part of the season. Lukas Hofer only lacked the satisfaction of getting on the podium in the first stage of Oberhof. As he himself admitted, he often missed the last shot, the decisive one, but today he already has the opportunity to try again to beat the Norwegians. Starting with bib 56, Hofer will be the reference point for a growing men's team. Together with him there will be Didier Bionaz (7), Thomas Bormolini (36), Dominik Windisch (60) and Tommaso Giacomel (91), all with the ambition and goal of hitting the points.

Norwegians are the obligatory favorites: from Johannes Boe to Laegreid via Dale and Tarjei Boe. The “Big four” occupy the first four positions of the general and in the two Oberhof races held last weekend they monopolized the places on the podium.
