Pellegrino, De Fabiani and Windisch present at BlinkFestivalen

From tomorrow to Saturday, August 4 between Lyseboth and Sandnes in Norway will be staged the BlinkFestivalen, a classic summer event that every year sees the start some of the best cross-country and biathletes in the world.

The program will open tomorrow with the 60 km classic technique, which will take part Francesco De Fabiani, engaged together with Federico Pellegrino also in the 15 km of Friday and in the sprint on Saturday. No blue will be present in the spectacular 7.5 km uphill that will be held on Thursday. In Norway Dominik Windisch will also be present, engaged on Friday 3 August in the mass start and in the shooting competition at the shooting range and Saturday 4 August in the supersprint. At the BlinkFestivalen a parade of stars from the Nordic disciplines is announced. When it comes to cross-country skiing, the home favorites KrÃ¼ger and Sundby, the Russians Spitsov, Bolshunov and Ustiugov, as well as the likes of Manificat, Harvey and Niskanen should compete. In the women's competitions, however, the focus will be on Therese Johaug, returning after the controversial disqualification for doping. To challenge the champion norge, specialist of the uphill competition, there will be the countrymen Ã˜stberg and Falla, Charlotte Kalla and Krista PÃ¤rmÃ¤koski. Big names will be at the start also in biathlon races, among the men Johannes Thingnes BÃ¸ and Sebastian Samuelsson, among the women Marte Olsbu, Kaisa MÃ¤kÃ¤rÃ¤inen, Justine Braisaz and Anastasiya Kuzmina.
